Yes, we have the full curriculum for both Adventurers and Pathfinders, you can configure what levels you want to have in your club, for example in Adventurers we have Curious Cubs and Little Lambs that you may not have in your club.
Yes, parents can see their children's progress in the app. They can see the lessons they have completed as well as the attendance of their children.
Only two groups of people: the parents or guardians who manage your family, and the director of your club. That's the complete list. Instructors, counsellors and other club staff cannot see it, other families in your club cannot see it, and no other club on the platform can reach it — each club's data is fully isolated. If your child takes part in two clubs, each club gets its own separate record that you fill in for that club, and neither club can see the other's. The same boundary applies to everything else about your family: contact details, dates of birth, photos, attendance and curriculum progress. These rules are enforced on our servers for every page, printout and API request, not by hiding buttons in the interface. The details are in our privacy policy.
Because the director is the person responsible for your child's safety at club activities, and the person who has to hand a consent form to a paramedic or an emergency room. Directors also get an allergy summary for their own club so they can plan meals and activities safely. That is all the information is used for — we never sell it, share it with other organizations, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
